Available Positions:

1. HR Manager
As the Human Resources Manager, you will be responsible for planning, implementing and evaluating human resources policies, programs, and practices. You will ensure legal compliance by monitoring and implementing applicable human resource regulations. Part of your function includes the execution of effective and strategic HR service to the company in the areas of recruitment, compensation and benefit, performance management, compliance, policies, HR strategy, training, payroll and organizational development. You will also be responsible for organizing and coordinating all Avon HMO office operations and procedures in order to ensure organizational effectiveness and efficiency

2. Sales Manager, SME & Retail
The primary mission of the role will be to increase the overall efficiency and effectiveness of the Retail & SME sales process. You will be ensuring that our Retail & SME team is prepared and continually enabled to successfully sell all our products in order to achieve quarterly and annual sales goals. The Sales Manager will have in depth knowledge and experience in planning, design and execution of sales strategies and tactics in the Retail & SME market.

3. Marketing Manager
Reporting to the CEO, the Marketing Manager will oversee all aspects of marketing to support the Avon HMO business and its growth objectives. He/she will be responsible for Brand management, Public relations, internal and external communications and community outreach. The Marketing Manager will be hands-on and responsible for all aspects of marketing functions necessary to achieve Avon HMO’s growth, profit and brand visibility goals. He/She will ensure a consistent marketing message and positioning consistent with the corporate direction. As a member of the Avon HMO leadership team, the Marketing Manager will be a collaborative team player who actively manages and participates in the development and execution of the strategic goals, objectives and plans of the organization. The Marketing Manager will have a proven track record of in the setting and attainment of quantifiable marketing goals.

4. Unit Head, Claims
Avon HMO has an exciting opportunity for a Unit Head for our Claims Department. As Unit Head, you will be accountable for the accurate and timely adjudication of all claims transactions, utilizing edit queues, provider inquiries, refunds, as well as researching and analyzing to determine root causes to streamline the Claims Department’s processes.  You will provide expertise and general support to the teams in reviewing, researching, investigating, negotiating, processing and adjusting claims. As part of your role, you will supervise and instruct team on data entry and re-work; analyze and identify trends and provide reports as necessary.

5. Audit & Compliance Manager
Avon HMO has an exciting opportunity for an Audit & Compliance Manager. The Manager will monitor and evaluate how well risks are being managed in the organization. This will be done through implementing and circulating company and statutory policies and procedures as well as monitoring compliance with laws, regulations, and re-educate staff on regulations and issues identified in the audit.

6. Digital Marketing Executive
The Digital Marketing Executive will be responsible for supporting the planning, execution and optimization of our online marketing strategy. You will be well-versed in the concepts surrounding digital marketing and how the Internet can become a strong asset to securing growing revenue and also be tech-savvy and intuitive with great ideas to reinforce our marketing campaign.

7. Sales and Business Development Executive
As the Sales and Business Development Executive, your overall responsibilities will be to find new business prospects, generate sales leads and contacts that will lead to closed sales.

8. Brand Assistant
The Brand Assistant will assist all aspects of branding and marketing to support the company and its growth objectives. He/she will be responsible for assisting the Brand manager in Public relations, Internal and External communications and Community Outreach.
