Stanbic IBTC 2014 Recruitment Stages

Stanbic IBTC is owned or perhaps a subsidiary of Standard bank in South Africa as the case may be but that is not the focus of this write-up. I just want to quickly share tips that will help applicants in the ongoing recruitment. If you do not know yet, visit their website and check their career page for jobs you may be interested in or that matches your experience.

Stanbic IBTC is one of the leading banks in Nigeria and not to blow their trumpets, they are one of the 'most stable" banks in Nigeria. Hardly will you hear of lay offs and its simply because they recruit the best, you are trained by the best and you work in the best enviroment that gives you the opportunity to maximize your potentials.
This makes it hard for them to have a reason to retire you given that you DO YOUR JOB!.

So to the recruitment. We have heard people saying its SHL while some are saying its GMAT. Please let me burst your bubble, Stanbic is a bank that believes in change and growth and as such you can hardly predict what nature of exam or test that you will right. One this I am sure of; "You Can Never Go Wrong With GRE".

Most of their recruitment are conducted in-house so as to ensure proper monitoring. Also know that they do not bite more than they can chew or the other way round I beg your pardon.

Test are usually within days of applying... The results are also sent to recipients within days of writing it. After being qualified, you are invited for two interviews. Then you proceed to their training school after proper documentation and other requirements have been fulfilled.

NB: Test are conducted at their Walter Carrington office, Lagos.

The pay is not that juicy. In fact its not that much but they are classy, secured and you will work in the most "brilliant"and "friendly"environment ever.

Have you tried their banking and pension packages? Please do.
